THEY ARE TO BE USED FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.If you wish for commercial-use commissions, please discuss this with me via DM/Email to confirm my commercial pricing.Should the client decide to change or adjust commissioned works through the usage of machine learning/AI/derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning/AI/derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and you will be charged a fee per piece of artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

PAYMENT
Payment is due 100% up front. An invoice will be sent to your email to complete payment!WING-IT COMMISSIONS
This is the option where you give me full trust for the piece; you provide the character reference and 1-3 keywords about the character and I will create the piece with sole creative liberty based on this.All the discounted prices for wing-it commissions are listed on my Prices page.Please note that wing-it pieces will not have sketches provided and no adjustments will be made during the process or to the finished piece: you are entrusting me with full creative liberty for this piece. There are no refunds whatsoever for this option.This option functions strictly through VGen. Extra characters cost an extra 75% of base price.TEXT BASED REFERENCE
Characters that you have me create the design of, ie. characters that only have text-based reference or pinterest boards/word documents of image collages will incur an extra charge starting at $15, as this requires more time and steps in my communication process to get it right.REFUNDS
Once your sketch has been started, there are no refunds.COMPLEXITY
I reserve the right to charge according to the complexity of the character's design, outfit, armor, tattoos, etc. Simple backgrounds are included (flat colour, gradient, simple pattern). Complex background elements are a minimum of $20 extra, subject to a scaling complexity fee.

Soft NSFW (pinups, tasteful/artistic nudity) will not incur extra charges. Explicit NSFW concepts will be subject to a $10+ fee, dependent on the content.

There will be a maximum of 3 revisions allowed during the sketch phase. After this, there will be a charge of $10 for each change to the sketch past this. Changes made during later stages of the process will be a $10+ charge per change, subject to complexity. You will be invoiced for this amount prior to being provided with the final product.TIME
While I will do my best to finish your commission swiftly, please allow up to 4 weeks for completion. If I require more time, I will discuss with you as to why. Please be patient with me!FINISHED ART
A high-quality image will be sent via a Dropbox/Sta.sh link. You are free to upload it wherever you please, but please credit me as the artist and do not remove my watermark. If you do not want me to upload your commission to my social media accounts, please tell me. Please let me know the social media handle you would like to be tagged with when I post it.USAGE
I retain rights to my own art to display them as commission samples, portfolio pieces, etc.
